List of Publications:
I take interest in the known and new systems of physical jerks for people's health. I am a teacher of the woman health group in aerobics, shaping, stretching, and yoga gymnastics. I have a sport rank of a candidate in master of sports in free calisthenics. I am interested in philosophy and psychology. I enjoy cooking, playing with my children, listening to classic music, dancing, communing with nice people, reading classic literature, history and literary memoirs, especially those of women.
