CRASP

Homeodomain analysis example

The analysis illustrates how the conserved physico-chemical
characteristics of proteins could be detected, if they are not known a priori.

Sample Data

Amino acid sequences were extracted from Pfam database (ID PF00046). Sequences with long gaps were removed. Identical sequences were also removed. The sample consists of 372 sequences.
