PROF_PAT is a collection of patterns constructed for protein families. Release 1.20

PROF_PAT contains 224,099 patterns for 120,750 protein groups constructed on 2,627,639 sequences of training sets.
More than 3,199,000 of 3,998,591 complete sequences in Swissprot 54 + TrEMBL 37 have at least one positive hit to PROF_PAT patterns
