ACTIVITY SELEX_DB rSNP_Guide

Currently the SYSTEM database accumulates the experiments on functional DNA/RNA sites activities (ACTIVITY database), the effect of single nucleotide mutations in regulatory gene regions onto their interaction with nuclear proteins (rSNP_DB database), selection of ligand-binding DNA/RNA sites from a pool of randomized oligonucleotides (SELEX_DB database).
