1. Search for genes induced (or repressed) by 

Type Keyword(s):
Select the influence of external stimulus:AllInductionRepression
Select the Species: AllHumanMouse and Rat

Enter a name of an external stimulus.
If you have entered more than one term, separated by symbol '|', the query result will bring a list of genes, which are regulated at least by one of the indicated substances.

Example:

IFN|heat shock
 As a result, you will get a list of genes accumulated in the TRRD, which are expressed in liver, or in kidney, or in both these organs.

2. Search for genes expressed in specified organ, or tissue, or cells, or stage of organism development

Select the Species: AllHumanMouse and Rat

Enter a name of an organ, tissue, cell, or stage of an organism development.
If you have entered more than one term, separated by symbol '|', the query result will bring a list of genes, which are expressed at least in one of the indicated compartments or stages.

Example:

 As a result, you will get a list of genes accumulated in the TRRD, which are expressed in liver, or in kidney, or in both these organs.

3. Combined search

Search for genes expressed in specified tissue, organ, cells under induction of the specified external stimulus (simultaneously)
