ACTIVITY System Description
The system contains three main databases, which are cross-linked to each other, including (i) ACTIVITY, which accumulates the experimental data on DNA/RNA site sequences with known activity magnitudes, (ii) REFERENCE, which accumulates the references to original publications, and (iii) KNOWLEDGE, which accumulates documents the sequence-activity relationships revealed by experimental "sequence-activity" data.
Currently the ACTIVITY links to the SYSTEM database, accumulating measurement systems, and the CROSS_TEST database, whichs integrates both ACTIVITY and relevant database entries by cross-testing the KNOWLEDGE-documented computational procedure on independent data.
