Insert the experimental data on alteration of TF/DNA-binding (gel mobility shift assay, relative transcription activity, etc.) into the columns of boxes corresponding to sequence variants.

The Tools will analyze 3 possible cases:

1. X++ - TF-candidate interacts with both (positive and negative) DNA strands.
2. X+- - TF-candidate interacts only with positive DNA strand.
3. X-+ - TF-candidate interacts only with negative DNA strand.

As an alternative to TF-candidates, the Tools analyzes the case when TF does not interacts with DNA analyzed. This case is denoted as X-- and this field is filled automatically.
