1. Input the DNA sequence of interest into the Activity Tools through the field “Input DNA Sequence”. Each C program documented within the field C-CODE of the KNOWLEDGE entry has a check-box in the MENU windows.
2. Select the necessary program by clicking one of check-boxes.
3. Start the tools processing by clicking the button “Execute”.
4. The tools output represents the profile of the significant feature or predicting activity value.
