PLANT GENES EXPRESSION KNOWLEDGEBASE

PLANT GENES EXPRESSION KNOWLEDGEBASE is developed to systematize and to analyze information on molecular mechanisms of plant gene expression regulation at the level of a whole organism. The knowledge base includes experimental data on gene expression regulation; information about structure-functional organization of gene networks providing plant growth and development; and illustrated glossary on main organs, tissues, and cells of plant organism.
